About Mobile Banking


Winona National Bank is Always Open through WNB Mobile Banking.  WNB Mobile Banking gives you access to your WNB accounts 24/7 through the WNB Mobile App, a web-enabled phone, or even a text-enabled phone. 

With the WNB Mobile Banking App or a web-enabled phone you can:
  • View account balances
  • View account transactions
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • View alerts
  • Pay bills
  • Deposit Checks using Remote Deposit Anywhere (WNB Mobile Banking app only, subject to account approval.)
No account numbers will be stored on your phone. All communications are securely encrypted for your safety.
Though Winona National Bank offers this as a free service, data usage rates may apply. Contact your wireless service provider for details.


Accessing WNB Mobile Banking

Prior to using WNB Mobile Banking, you must be enrolled in Internet Banking.

WNB Mobile can be accessed by:

  • Downloading free Mobile Apps designed specifically for smartphones
    • Access the Android App through the Google Play Store and search for "WNB Mobile Banking"
    • Access iPhone or iPad Apps through the App Store and search for "WNB Mobile Banking"
  • Clicking on the WNB Mobile Banking Login link at WinonaNationalBank.com
  • Texting mobile commands to 89549
If your phone does not have web access, TEXT mobile banking allows you to:
  • View account balances
  • View account transactions

WNB Mobile Text Commands

 <5-digit number>  Security code texted to 89549 when enrolling or changing enrollment information
 Help  Returns command references
 Bal  Returns balance for all enrolled accounts
 Bal <mobile short name>  Returns balance for specified account
 Hist  Returns last 4 transactions for all enrolled accounts
 Hist <mobile short name>  Returns last 4 transactions for specified account
 Stop  Disables enrollment for text mobile banking
*Note: SMS messages are not case sensitive


Remote Deposit Anywhere

Don't have enough time to stop in the bank? No problem!

With Remote Deposit Anywhere and the WNB Mobile Banking app, you can use your Smartphone to take a picture of a check and deposit it directly into your account, anytime, anywhere. It's secure and simple!
  • Save time and a trip to the bank by depositing wherever you are.
  • Get access to the funds quickly - submit deposits by 6:00 p.m. for same day processing.
  • Relax, don't worry - receive a confirmation email when checks are submitted successfully.  

Getting Started

  1. Enroll in WNB Mobile Banking.
  2. Download the WNB Mobile Banking App to your mobile device   
  3. Complete the RDA Enrollment Form
  4. You will be notified by email of your acceptance into RDA
  5. Go into WNB Mobile and click on Deposits
  6. Take a picture of the front and back of the check
  7. Select the account to deposit into
  8. Relax and enjoy the time saved!

Manage Cards

Manage your own ATM and debit cards from your mobile device! Do the following without having to call or visit the bank:

  • Misplaced your card? No worries! You can temporarily suspend the card so an attempted transaction would be declined. This can be a very useful feature to use while looking for a misplaced card for a brief amount of time. If your card has not been located within 24 hours however, it should be reported lost or stolen. This feature can also be useful if you do not use your card on a regular basis; temporarily suspend the card until you need to use it again.
  • Received a new ATM or debit card in the mail? Easily activate the card on your mobile device with the touch of a button.
  • Lost your card? Immediately report a lost or stolen card without having to call the bank or 1-800 number. The card will be immediately "hot carded" (permanently deactivated) to avoid unauthorized transactions.
