Winona National Bank has several co-workers who are notaries. A notary public notarizes a document by attesting that the signature was made in the notary’s presence and is genuine. Notarizing is free for clients and $1 per item for non-clients.
Signature Guarantees
A signature guarantee differs from a notary in that the bank is guaranteeing that a particular signature is genuine.
