Please bring the following to your appointment:

1. Completed loan application
2. Copies of your most-recent year’s W-2s
3. Copies of most-recent pay stubs
4. Copies of most-recent statements for all deposit (checking, savings) accounts, and all investments (mutual funds, 401k, etc.)
5. Divorce decree, if applicable
6. Bankruptcy discharge papers and list of creditors, if applicable
7. Copy of purchase agreement of home you are purchasing and selling, if applicable
8. All bids and plans, if new construction
9. If self-employed, or if any income is from rental properties, commission, or interest income, please provide copies of the past two years' Federal Tax Returns (personal and business)
10. If refinancing, please bring your abstract
