Visa® Debit Cards

Photo Debit Cards are available for increased identification-theft security. Use your Winona National Bank debit card just like the ATM card, but also use it anywhere that Visa is accepted (over 12 million locations throughout the world).

A note on ATM surcharges

*Many ATMs add a surcharge to clients’ transactions. For example, if you withdraw $20 and the ATM has a $1 surcharge, you would have $21 withdrawn from your account. Winona National does NOT control this charge and does NOT receive any part of this charge.

**Winona National’s ATMs do not surcharge our clients, so transactions at these machines are truly free for our clients.

***Clients can use MoneyPass ATMs without paying a surcharge fee. If using an ATM that is not part of the MoneyPass network, a surcharge may be imposed by the owner of that ATM.
