Debit Cards
You can use your Winona National Bank debit card just like your ATM card, but in addition, you can also use it anywhere that Visa is accepted. All transactions are taken directly from your checking account. Photo debit cards are available for increased identification-theft security. Winona National Bank debit cards have the Cirrus logo, which provides you access to your money at millions of ATMs throughout the world.

Credit Cards
Apply for a Visa Credit Card with Winona National Bank. Our affiliation with Elan Financial Services allows you to select the type of card that best fits your needs.
Young Adult
Establish a credit history with the help of a cosigner. Applicant must be 16 years old or older. Make at least one charge on your card per year for no annual fee.
College Rewards
Establish a credit history without a cosigner. Applicant must be 18 years old or older. Make at least one charge on your card per year for no annual fee, and earn reward points on your card for every dollar spent.
Select Rewards Platinum Card
For every dollar you spend you earn points that can be redeemed from a catalog of reward options including travel, merchandise, gift certificates, and cash. There’s no limit on the number of points you can accumulate.
Cash Rewards Platinum Card
Earn cash back every time you use your card. Get up to 1% of your purchases back each year. Make at least one charge per year and there is no annual fee.
