Debit Cards
You can use your Winona National Bank debit card just like your ATM card, but in addition, you can also use it anywhere that Visa is accepted. All transactions are taken directly from your checking account. Photo debit cards are available for increased identification-theft security. Winona National Bank debit cards have the Cirrus, MoneyPass® and Pulse logos, which provide you access to your money at millions of ATMs throughout the world.

Green Rewards Debit Card
Our Green Rewards debit card offers all the benefits of our regular debit card with the added bonus of cash back on signature and non-PIN transactions.*
*Green Rewards Cash Back transactions include all debit card purchases made without using a PIN. These purchases include: when you sign the receipt, Internet, phone or mail-order, small dollar amounts that do not require a signature, pay at the pump when “credit” is selected, and bill payments (where billers process the transaction as a credit card). Cash advances and ATM transactions do not qualify. If asked "Debit or Credit," always select "CREDIT". The money for your purchase is always deducted from your checking account when you use your debit card, even if you select "Credit." Your Green Rewards Cash Back will automatically be deposited into your checking account monthly.
Avoid Having Your Debit or ATM Card Declined
If you do not specifically "opt-in" for Bounce Protection, our overdraft privilege service, your ATM and everyday debit card transactions may be declined. Be assured your Bounce Protection is available on your debit and ATM card for your everyday shopping.
