Lost or Stolen Card
If your Winona National Bank Debit Card or ATM Card has been lost or stolen, we are here to assist you. It is important to contact us right away so we can get right to work minimizing any financial impact that may result from the missing or stolen card.

During business hours, you can call the Winona National Bank toll free number: 1-800-546-4392

If you notice the card lost or stolen after business hours, call our card provider: 1-866-546-8273

Once the card has been reported lost or stolen:
  • We will partner with you to determine which transactions should be paid and which transactions were not authorized by you. We ask that you monitor your account closely for the following two weeks to help us in this process. Our free Internet Banking or free 24-hour Infoline (507-454-9202 or toll free at 1-800-895-0290) are great ways to monitor your account.
  • Please talk to one of our Personal Bankers about receiving a replacement card.
  • The replacement card will have a new card number. Any businesses who are using your card number for reoccurring debits of any kind will need to be given the new card number once you receive it.
  • If there are fraudulent charges that appear on your account, please contact our Depository Accounting Services (507-454-9209) or your Personal Banker to assist in the recovery of the funds and completion of required documentation.
If you still have your card in your possession but feel your card information or card security may have been compromised, please follow the instructions above as if your card has been lost or stolen.
