CREDIT ANALYST
Winona National Bank has an opportunity available on our team for a self starter and quality minded Credit Analyst.
The Credit Analyst provides in-depth credit analysis on new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prepare and present written analysis and recommendations for various loan agents. Strong mathematical, statistical analysis, and computer skills are required to effectively present data. Effective and ethical interpersonal skills are essential to maintain the integrity of highly confidential client and bank information.
One to three years accounting/finance related experience and a four-year college degree preferably in accounting, finance, or business is required.

TELLERS
Our bank is looking to add two dynamic individuals within our retail banking team. Your experience and expertise gained from previous customer service experiences will be used in providing assistance to clients in a teller role. Average hours for one of the positions is 20+ hours per week, with varying days and times. The other position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Your attention to detail will be utilized by maintaining strong client relations in accordance with our service standards. Ensuring adherence to Bank policies and procedures, in concurrence with federal and state compliance regulations is a key responsibility.
Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer contact experience, along with proven ability to work well within a team environment. Strong mathematical aptitude and computer knowledge, along with effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
